Darren Purchese highlights Farm to Table Wines in Ferguson Plarre’s Bakehouse collaboration.

This winter Ferguson Plarre’s Bakehouse, renowned for its delicious baked goods, has teamed up with acclaimed chef Darren Purchese to create a new and exclusive range of gourmet pies that promise to delight food and wine lovers alike. This collaboration, known as “Baked by Darren Purchese,” highlights Darren’s innovative baking and love of premium ingredients, drawing inspiration from the finest produce Victoria has to offer.

The concept behind these pies is simple: to take familiar flavours and elevate them using top-quality ingredients from local artisanal producers. Launching in July, one of the first pies in this range is the Beef Cheek & Shiraz Pie.

An integral ingredient to the Beef Cheek & Shiraz Pie is our Farm to Table Shiraz.
