The fruit for this wine was partially harvested from our Upton Run and Billi’s vineyards in the Strathbogie Ranges. After gentle crushing the juices was fermented in stainless steel using a carefully selected yeast to enhance primary fruit aromas. The wine was then matured in stainless steel on lees for three months to build more body and toast notes.
